    This wireless handheld barcode scanner from EQUIP reads both 1D barcodes and 2D codes, including QR codes, making it suitable for retail and inventory management. Data is transmitted over the 433 MHz ISM band, with a stated range of 100 to 200 metres in open areas. The scanner offers manual, continuous and auto-induction reading modes and reliably captures codes from different distances and angles.

    The rugged housing is designed for everyday use and is rated IP54 for protection against dust and water splashes. Plug-and-play operation allows quick setup, and the base station can connect up to 20 scanners. The internal memory stores more than 2,000 scanned barcodes shorter than 15 bytes.

    Power comes from a built-in 3.7 V 1500 mAh Li-ion battery, which the manufacturer rates at around 20 hours of continuous use. It charges via USB, and a charging cradle is included. The black scanner weighs 690 g.
