EPSON WorkForce ES-550W Document scanner B11B287401

The Epson WorkForce ES-550W is a desktop document scanner that captures colour documents and handles automatic two-sided feeding, scanning both sides of a sheet in one pass. Its optical resolution is 600 x 600 dpi, with an interpolated resolution of 1200 x 1200 dpi, so plain paper, business cards, plastic cards and postcards are digitised sharply and accurately.

The scanner uses Contact Image Sensor (CIS) technology with LED illumination and reaches up to 45 pages per minute in both black-and-white and colour mode. The automatic document feeder holds up to 100 sheets, and the daily duty cycle is 5000 scans.

Connectivity includes USB 3.2 Gen 1x1, Wi-Fi Direct and wireless LAN to IEEE 802.11a/b/g/n/ac, so the scanner can also be used over a wireless network. Further functions include scanning to the cloud, sending by e-mail and saving to network folders. The compact unit measures 29.6 x 16.9 x 17.6 cm and weighs 3.7 kg.
