Volume and speed
With a 100-page ADF (automatic document feeder), 65 pages or 130 images per minute scanning speed, and continuous scanning with automatic feed mode, the WorkForce DS-870 gets through large jobs quickly and efficiently. It also includes Hi-Speed ​​USB 3.0 for fast data transfer with TWAIN, WIA and ISIS drivers for better compatibility with document management systems.

Image enhancement and document management software
Epson Scan 2.0 software makes image playback easy with features such as orientation correction and automatic rotation, while Document Capture Pro is an easy-to-use solution for capturing and storing electronic documents at the touch of a button.

Efficient document processing
Users don't have to worry about the variety of documents to capture - it offers Epson's widest media handling from 27g/m2 to 413g/m2 and a long 6096mm paper scanning mode. For documents that cannot be scanned via the ADF, three different flatbed solutions up to A3 size are available. Slow Mode reduces document friction by reducing the speed of the rollers, making it easier to capture fragile or damaged documents without increasing file sizes. The Active Separation Roller system prevents double-feeding of boring documents, so every sheet of paper is scanned. In addition, DFDS (Double Feed Detection Skip) means you can check heavy media such as envelopes or documents by scanning.
