EMSA Clip & Close glass food storage container 0.7L transparent/red N1040600

The Emsa Clip & Close Glass food storage container, with a 0.7 litre capacity, is a versatile kitchen companion made from borosilicate glass. Its lid seals fully airtight and liquid-tight, and a special freshness seal helps keep food fresh and aromatic for up to twice as long, according to the manufacturer. It can be used for preparing, serving, storing and reheating meals.

The glass is suitable for the microwave (up to 1.5 minutes at 600 W), the freezer and the oven up to 420 °C. The lid, however, is not ovenproof. The container is dishwasher safe. The housing is made of BPA-free polypropylene and TPE.

Measuring 197 × 136 × 69 mm, the rectangular container holds 700 ml and is well suited for casseroles and lasagne. Its stacking edge lets identically sized glass dishes be stored one on top of another, saving space in the cupboard.
