ELEGOO Neptune 4 Pro

ELEGOO Neptune 4 Pro is a state-of-the-art FDM (Fused Deposition Modeling) 3D printer that combines high speed, precision and robust design. Based on a base plate, the Klipper offers a large working area of 225 x 225 x 265 mm and a printing temperature of up to 300°C, and allows the use of a wide range of filaments - from PLA (Polylactic Acid, poly-lactic acid) and PETG (Polyethylene Terephthalate Glycol, modified Polyethylene Terephthalate Glycol) to ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene, a acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer), TPU (Thermoplastic Polyurethane) or nylon. With a high-performance extruder and automatic 121-point leveling, the Neptune 4 Pro is capable of both rapid prototyping and long, demanding technical prints.

Fast printing without compromises
The maximum speed of the printer reaches 500 mm/s, and the recommended 250 mm/s guarantees excellent quality with a short turnaround time. The Klipper motherboard, a high-performance ARM (Advanced RISC Machine, with advanced RISC architecture) 64-bit, 1.5G quad-core processor and supporting functions such as Input Shaping and Pressure Advance, provides an exceptionally smooth model surface and uniform filament stamping. It is an excellent choice for those who expect not only accuracy, but also real time savings.

Efficient cooling system, thoughtful table design
Two double-sided 4015 fans and four 4020 fans ensure efficient heat dissipation and cooling of printed models. In addition, the heating table of the device is divided into two segments with different power - 150 W and 100 W. This solution guarantees lower energy consumption and protects against overheating, which results in more stable and safer operation.

Improved hotend and efficient extruder
The Neptune 4 Pro is equipped with a high-performance direct-type extruder with double gears, which ensures precise and stable filament feeding regardless of the type. In addition, the improved design of the hotend uses a copper-titanium heat pipe and a nozzle capable of operating at 300°C. This solution enables printing from a wide range of materials, including materials that require higher temperatures and better flow.

Driving stability and structural rigidity
The printer is equipped with metal X- and Y-axis guides, which combine with double U-shaped ball bearings to ensure smooth, accurate and stable guidance of the print head. In addition, the reinforced, widened Y-axis profile increases the rigidity of the entire structure, resulting in better print quality, especially at high speeds.

Automatic leveling and flexible platform
The printer uses automatic table leveling at up to 121 points (11×11 grid), which ensures perfect adhesion and a perfectly aligned first layer. In addition, the user can set the level manually with the buttons below the work surface - for even greater accuracy and full control of the printing process.

Intuitive handling and flexible communication
A detachable 4.3" touch screen allows you to conveniently preview the model and stop printing. In addition, the printer allows file transfer via USB (Universal Serial Bus, universal connector for data and power supply) or LAN (Local Area Network).

Additional abilities
With thread detection and resume after interruption, you can be sure that printing will not fail, even if something unexpected happens. LED (Light Emitting Diode) lighting at the nozzle makes it easy to see details up close, and an additional LED strip provides even illumination throughout the work area.
