This built-in Electrolux oven offers a 72-litre cavity and a grill function, with SteamBake technology that adds moisture to the cooking environment. Dough rises fully and stays soft inside, while dry heat gives bakes a rich, glossy crust. Poultry and fish also cook evenly and stay tender.
A core temperature probe tracks the internal temperature of the food, signals when the set value is reached and switches the oven off automatically. Pyrolytic self-cleaning heats the cavity to a high temperature so that grease and food residue burn to ash, which can then be wiped out.
