The Electrolux EOC6H76X SteamCrisp 700 is a built-in steam oven with a 72-litre cavity, designed for meat and pastry dishes. Steam and hot air circulate gently through the food, keeping it moist inside while leaving the outside crisp.
The core temperature probe signals when the food reaches the preset internal temperature and then switches the oven off automatically. Hot air is distributed throughout the cavity for even cooking, so trays do not need to be turned during baking. The oven also heats up quickly.
AquaClean cleaning uses steam to loosen grease and food residue on the cavity base, making them easier to wipe away. Settings are adjusted via the EXPlore LED display with touch buttons. Dimensions are 596 x 594 x 569 mm.
