Excellent image quality using an IPS panel

The monitor has three key factors for excellent image quality: the perfect resolution of 1600 x 1200 pixels, the best contrast ratio of 1800:1 and a stable brightness of up to 500 cd/m². This provides you with the following benefits: pin-sharp text contours, brilliant graphics, and crystal-clear images. Thanks to the high-quality IPS panel with LED backlight, contrasts and colors remain stable from all angles.

Precise color control

Perfect image quality is unthinkable without excellent color reproduction. As a result, EIZO monitors are equipped with at least 10-bit Look-Up-Table (LUT) units, which provide much more accurate color information than traditional 8-bit LUT look-up tables. Particularly fine color transitions allow for perfect color tone display and individual settings. For example, white point values ​​can be determined between 4,000 and 10,000 K (Kelvin) with an accuracy of 500 K and in a lossless manner.

Overdrive for lightning-fast image switching

Fast, faster, overdrive: Overdrive accelerates the response time to such an extent that the transition between gray and gray takes place in just 6 ms on average. So you can enjoy movies and fast image changes without disturbing backlighting.

Energy saving and eye protection with the Auto EcoView function

Day or night, light or dark: No matter when and how you work, the Auto EcoView function continuously measures changes in ambient light and adjusts the screen to the ideal brightness. Fully automatically, using own sensors. The benefits: Disturbing glare is reduced, your eyes don't tire as quickly. Thanks to the special two-point control, it provides ideal brightness even in the brightest and darkest environments. Another useful function: Thanks to the automatic adaptation to the lighting, you can achieve energy savings of up to 50 percent for monitors that are constantly operating at maximum brightness.

Flicker free

The monitor remains flicker-free at any brightness setting. All of this is especially useful for the user: Your eyes don't get tired as quickly, so you can work longer in front of the screen.
Anti-reflection surface: better image quality, less reflection

The S2134 monitor was equipped with an effective anti-reflection surface. By scattering the reflected light, reflection is reduced to a minimum level, so the S2134 effectively prevents glare and excessive eye strain. In this way, eye fatigue can be significantly reduced and comfortable work can be ensured, since we do not even have to change our sitting position to avoid reflections.
Ergonomic stand

Ergonomic and stable: the adjustable stand keeps ergonomics in mind. You can swivel, swivel and tilt the monitor to suit your back, neck and sitting position. Its height is infinitely adjustable and can be lowered almost to the table, i.e. to the bottom of the stand. This allows you to ergonomically place the top row of the image below eye level.

The monitor offers a VESA mounting standard for flexible installation and can be supplied without a stand on request.

Optimized color display at the touch of a button

Preset color modes optimize the display of images, text or movies. Because it doesn't matter whether you're watching a movie, editing a picture, surfing the net or writing a text. You can set the right preset for brightness, gamma correction and color temperature with the push of a button. The Paper mode, for example, simulates the pleasant contrast of printed paper, which is gentle on the eyes and prevents fatigue when reading.
