The EcoFlow Alternator Charger 600W is a smart car charger that uses the energy produced by your vehicle's alternator to recharge portable power stations while you drive. With an output of up to 600 W, it can restore around 1 kWh in roughly 1.9 hours, compared with up to 10 hours through a standard cigarette lighter socket. It works with 12 V and 24 V systems and supports AGM, lead-acid and LiFePO4 starter batteries. Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity are built in, and the unit weighs about 1.1 kg.

The charger offers three operating modes: standard power station charging, a battery maintenance mode delivering up to 100 W, and a reverse charging function that transfers energy from the power station back to the starter battery. Protection features include reverse polarity, over- and under-voltage, overcurrent, short-circuit and overtemperature protection, together with a 125 A fuse. The housing is rated IP4X for dust resistance.

The plug-and-play design keeps installation simple, and the unit starts automatically when the engine is running. Monitoring and control are available through the EcoFlow app as well as Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. It suits motorhomes, SUVs, light commercial vehicles and leisure vehicles.
