The pack contains 56 light purple day tablets and 56 dark purple night tablets, following a 24-hour routine: one light purple tablet in the morning and one dark purple tablet in the evening, each taken with water.

    The formula combines vitamins, minerals and herbal extracts. Red clover is included to help the body cope with hot flushes. Magnesium and vitamin B6 contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system, while magnesium, calcium and vitamin D contribute to the maintenance of normal bones.
