DREMEL 408 13 mm 60-grit 6-piece sanding band set
2 891 Ft
Product description
What can it be used for?
A sanding belt usually removes the coating, but also the material itself (for wood and other soft materials). These tapes can also be used for (rough) shaping and smoothing, as well as for rust removal. If you only want to remove the coating, use a less aggressive material, e.g. use a wing sanding brush (items 502 and 504) or a smoothing disc, item numbers 511S/512S and 511E/512E.
How to use it?
The grain size of the tape can be seen from its physical appearance, the larger the grains, the smaller the size. Sanding belts are available with 120 and 60 grit. The smaller the number indicating the grain size, the more material it processes. The side of the tapes can be used for sanding. Sanding belts wear out, replacing them can be done even faster by loosening the screw on the top of the drum, or by using DREMEL's exclusive EZ Speedclic sanding drum.
What materials can it be used with?
These belts can be used for sanding and smoothing softer materials, hardwood, softwood, plastic, fiberglass, aluminum, but also for removing rust from various metals such as steel.
It can be used to shape rubber surfaces
