The Dreame G12 Pro is a cordless stick vacuum with a mopping function that cleans hard floors in a single pass. Its motor delivers 25,000 Pa of suction, and the adaptive cleaning system adjusts suction and water flow to the level of dirt on the floor. Fresh water is fed to the roller while the dirty water is collected in a separate tank, so the floor is not smeared with dirt.

The dual squeegee system removes excess water to help prevent streaks. The TangleCut 2.0 brush keeps hair and pet fur from wrapping around the roller. After cleaning, the brush is rinsed with hot water, and the roller, base and filter are dried with 95 °C warm air in about 30 minutes.

At just 9.55 cm high, the unit fits under furniture, and the head swivels 80° to make it easier to manoeuvre around obstacles. The 1000 ml clean water tank and battery allow up to 35 minutes of operation according to the manufacturer, covering areas of up to 200 m².
