Dr. Nyárády Mihály - A nagybányai Horthy-család szabolcsi három nemzedéke

This book traces the history of three generations of the Nagybányai Horthy family in Szabolcs County. The family tree includes landowners in Ramocsaháza, Jánosfalva and Szöllősvégardó who, through marriages with local noble families, held considerable influence and an extensive network of connections in the region.

The work is of particular interest because this branch also produced the grandfather of Regent Miklós Horthy. It is based on thorough genealogical and local historical research and offers insight into the life of the Szabolcs nobility and the far-reaching kinship ties of the Horthy family.

Written by Dr. Mihály Nyárády and published by Hermit Könyvkiadó in 2015, this paperback runs to 60 pages. It is recommended mainly for readers interested in local history and genealogy.
