DJI Care Refresh subscription for Osmo Pocket 4P CP.SH.CR001362.01

DJI Care Refresh is a one-year service plan for the DJI Osmo Pocket 4P that lets you replace a damaged device for a fee. Coverage includes damage caused by the user. To activate it, visit the DJI support page and enter the Care Refresh code, the device serial number, which is printed on the product, and your personal details. Within 30 days of activation you must send DJI a verification video of the device.

The annual plan includes two replacements, while the two-year plan includes four. Coverage can be extended up to three years in total by purchasing additional annual plans. Lost or stolen devices, accessories, deliberate damage, purely cosmetic casing damage that does not affect operation, force majeure and faults occurring after the coverage period are not covered. The replacement fee may vary with the exchange rate when claims are reported directly to the manufacturer.
