    The DJI Care Refresh is a two-year service plan for the DJI Osmo Pocket 4P. It lets you exchange a damaged device for a replacement at a fee, and coverage extends to damage caused by the user. The plan can be activated at any time; within 30 days of activation, a verification video must be sent to DJI. The plan runs for two years in total and includes up to four replacements.

    According to the product data, the replacement cost is 219 PLN. If the claim is filed directly with the manufacturer, the amount may vary depending on the current exchange rate. After an accident, the damaged device is sent to the DJI service center, where you can choose between repair and replacement.

    The plan does not cover lost or stolen devices, accessories, intentional damage, or faults caused by unapproved batteries, chargers or software.
