Divella Gnocchetti Sardi is a dried pasta made from 100% Italian durum wheat, inspired by the traditional cuisine of the Italian island of Sardinia. The short, small gnocchetti shape is made from durum wheat flour and water, and the pack contains 500 g net weight.
The pasta works especially well with dense, hearty meat ragùs, such as sausage and tomato sauces. It also pairs nicely with fresh pesto, tomato sauces and creamy ricotta-based toppings.
