This DIGITUS patch cable belongs to the Cat.6A category and is built as an S/FTP shielded cable, which protects data transmission from external electromagnetic interference. It connects two UTP ports and suits cabling between network devices such as servers, switches and workstations. According to its specifications, it supports transmission speeds of up to 10 Gbps.
The cable measures 2 metres and has a black outer jacket. Its LSZH (Low Smoke Zero Halogen) insulation releases little smoke and no halogen gases in a fire, which makes it a suitable choice for enclosed spaces and server rooms.
It can be easily integrated into existing network infrastructure and is suitable for home use as well as for small and large business networks.
