DIGITUS UTP CAT6 Duplex Purple 500m DK-1614-VH-D-5

The DIGITUS Professional CAT6 U/UTP installation cable in purple is designed for structured data centre and building cabling systems. It complies with ISO/IEC 11801, DIN EN 50288-6-1 and DIN EN 50173, and is well suited to backbone and horizontal cabling in offices, server rooms and residential buildings.

The unshielded twisted pair (UTP) construction uses 23/1 AWG solid copper conductors in four pairs and carries both analogue and digital signals at up to 1 Gbit/s. The cable also supports PoE and PoE+ (Power over Ethernet), allowing compatible devices to receive power through the network cable. The wires are colour-coded to simplify identification during installation.

The LSZH sheath emits low smoke and no halogens in the event of fire, making it a sound choice for sensitive environments. The 500-metre reel suits larger installation projects.
