The DA-71156 USB external hard drive enclosure offers a versatile and powerful storage solution for both NVMe and SATA SSDs. It supports M.2 modules in formats 2230, 2242, 2260 and 2280 with a maximum storage capacity of up to 8TB, providing a wide range of SSD compatibility. The data transfer speed is 10 Gbps for NVMe and 6 Gbps for SATA, and the USB 3.1 Gen2 interface is backward compatible with USB 3.1, 3.0, 2.0 and 1.1 standards.

The tool-less design allows for easy installation, while the robust JMS581DL chipset provides reliable and efficient performance. The integrated LED indicator makes it easy to monitor the status of the SSD, and the durable Pantone 430C aluminum housing provides excellent passive heat dissipation. Due to its compact size (101x32x10 mm) and weight of only 97 g, the housing is ideal for mobile use. It supports plug-and-play operation and receives power directly from the USB port.
