The DICOTA D80222-2MG is a magnetic two-way privacy filter designed for the 14.2-inch MacBook Pro with M1, M2 Pro/Max, M3 and M4 chips. It darkens the screen content at side viewing angles of around 30 degrees, so information on the display stays visible only to you in public places such as libraries, open-plan offices, airports or on trains.
The filter attaches magnetically without adhesive, so it can be fitted and removed in seconds. Self-adhesive magnetic strips are included for use with other frame surfaces. It weighs just 36 grams.
Beyond privacy, the film helps protect the display from scratches, reduces the visibility of fingerprints and cuts down on distracting reflections for more comfortable working.
