Dia-Wellness fiber-based sugar substitute is a sweetener and flavour enhancer with roughly five times the sweetness of conventional beet sugar. Only a small amount is needed to achieve an intensely sweet taste, and the 500 g pack offers a long-lasting supply.
The product is made up of 99% soluble dietary fibres, including chicory root fibre, polydextrose and alpha-cyclodextrin. Its sweeteners are sucralose and steviol glycosides derived from the stevia plant.
It can be included in an insulin resistance (IR) diet, making it especially suitable for anyone who wants to keep an eye on their sugar intake without giving up sweet flavours.
