The DEWALT DCG409VSNT is a cordless angle grinder with a 125 mm disc diameter, designed for demanding cutting tasks. It runs on the 18-volt Li-ion battery system and uses a brushless motor, which offers a longer service life and higher efficiency. No-load speed reaches up to 9,000 rpm.

Safety features include a no-voltage switch, overload protection, soft start and an electronic brake that reduces kickback risk when the disc binds. The rubberised grip and vibration-damped auxiliary handle allow comfortable and controlled use, and the auxiliary handle can be fitted on either the left or the right side.

The guard can be adjusted without tools, a quick-release nut simplifies disc changes, and the gear head rotates through 90 degrees for more comfortable cutting positions. Wireless Tool Connect (WTC) automatically switches on a compatible vacuum cleaner when the grinder starts. The tool is supplied in a T STAK Box II together with the quick-release nut and guard, but without battery and charger. It weighs 1.8 kg.
