Bitoku is a complex strategy board game for 1 to 4 players, in which each participant takes on the role of a forest spirit, a bitoku. The goal is to prove worthy of becoming the Great Spirit of the Millennium Forest. The game is played over four rounds, each divided into four seasons (phases), during which players draw cards, carry out actions and determine turn order.

The modular game board is assembled from randomly drawn tiles, so every game offers a unique experience. The large number of location tiles, cards and variable combinations provides strong replayability.

The box contains a game board, four player boards, 172 markers, 111 cards, 152 tiles and a range of other components. The game is in English. It is recommended for ages 12 to 14 and up, with an average playing time of 120 minutes. It was one of the most popular releases at the 2021 Essen board game fair.
