The R-2R NOS DAC Terminator 15th from DENAFRIPS is a desktop digital-to-analogue converter that turns digital audio signals into an analogue output. It uses an R-2R ladder design operating in non-oversampling mode, built without compromise to deliver very clear, detailed sound. The D/A conversion module and the R-2R ladder are physically isolated from each other, which effectively reduces noise levels.
Two premium OCXO oscillators provide precise timing with excellent accuracy and minimal phase noise. The redesigned power supply delivers stable voltage and generous headroom, helping the circuits operate linearly and without disturbance.
The black chassis weighs 19 kg, giving the unit a solid, stable presence. Connections include both RCA and XLR outputs.
