The Denafrips IRIS 15th is a premium digital-to-digital converter (DDC) that brings the brand's fifteen years of digital audio experience into a single unit. It sits between your computer and your DAC, converting the digital signal into a clean, stable stream.

Its custom FPGA-DSP processing core combines FIFO buffering with retiming to reduce transmission jitter and timing errors. The USB module is built around a high-performance STM32F466 ARM MCU, offering compatibility with PC, Mac and Raspberry Pi systems, while femtosecond crystal oscillators provide precise clocking. The unit supports PCM up to 24-bit/768 kHz and DSD512 through its I2S and SPDIF outputs.

The housing is precision CNC-machined from anodised aluminium, giving it solid mechanical stability and resistance to vibration. Its black finish keeps it discreet alongside other hi-fi components.
