DELTA VISION Sztroganov board game

The XVI. century, the enterprising merchant family Stroganov won the interest and support of the tsar. In order to take advantage of their wealth and influence, the tsar granted lands and privileges to the Stroganovs, with which they could further strengthen their businesses. By the end of the century, the tsar, with the help of the family, wanted to annex Siberia, i.e. the endless territories beyond the Ural Mountains, to the empire, the conquest of which had previously encountered enormous difficulties. The Stroganovs hunted and traded in animal skins in these areas, so they hired the Cossacks to do the work. This opened the way to the east.

In the Stroganov board game, as members of the Stroganov family, they tried to get to know Siberia to the east with their Cossack hunts. During the favorable weather from spring to autumn, the Cossacks explore, acquire valuable furs and establish smaller outposts. As they travel the countryside, they collect stories that they can sing around the fire when they return home for winter rest. However, the acquired influence in Russia depends only on the favor of the Tsar. Fulfill his wishes in Siberia to maintain your power and bring glory to House Stroganov!
