As you try to preserve your common sense - or allow yourself to be dark.
Your hand card represents a trace you work on. In each turn, you pull 1 new card and then play 1 card from your 2 cards. Playing certain cards can literally drive you crazy, which gives you access to extraordinary effects, but at the end of the turn they are also required to test a state of mind where you can lose everything.

This card game is an improved version of Lovecraft Letter, who is loved and popularly popular with many, with alignments in Arkham, both in gaming and illustrations.
