DELONGHI EC9255.M La Specialista Arte Evo Coffee maker

A lighter alternative to the classic coffee break

Make a refreshing Cold Brew drink in less than 5 minutes* with Cold Extraction technology. The gentle aroma extraction process keeps the water at room temperature, retaining the floral aroma and natural sweetness of the coffee beans.

Perfect compaction without mess and maceration

Enjoy barista dispensing and compression – without the mess. With the help of the unique dosing and compressing template, you can compress the coffee without spilling the coffee grounds on the counter. The barista set includes a metal tamper, a tamping base and additional accessories.

Precise grinding

The built-in grinder ensures an even dosage and grinding size every time with its 8 grinding settings, so you can adjust the grinding according to the coffee beans.

Active temperature control

The active temperature control technology ensures a constant water temperature during the entire coffee brewing process for ideal aroma extraction.

3 preset drinks

With the convenient front dial, you can choose from 3 preset drinks: Espresso, Americano and Cold Brew or the Hot water function.
