The Delock PCI Express card adds six external USB 3.0 Type-A ports and one internal USB 3.0 Type-A port to your PC. It lets you connect USB devices such as docking stations, card readers and external drives. The card uses a PCI Express x1 slot and is built around Renesas D720201 and D720210 controller chips.
Data transfer reaches up to 5 Gbps in SuperSpeed mode, and the card also supports Hi-Speed (480 Mbps), Full-Speed (12 Mbps) and Low-Speed (1.5 Mbps) devices. It complies with the xHCI 1.0 specification.
The internal port is suited to a front panel or a case with additional USB sockets. The card draws power through a 15-pin SATA power connector.
