DELOCK Gray Sub-D 25-pin female RJ45 female connection adapter

This Delock adapter lets you extend a serial interface using an ordinary Cat.5, Cat.5e or Cat.6 network cable. It links a 25-pin Sub-D female connector on one side with an RJ45 jack on the other, so you can assemble the pin layout yourself by wiring the cable to the terminals you need. Connecting the cable to the chosen socket and fixing it into the frame completes the setup.

The Sub-D connector is secured with #4-40 screws, keeping the connection firm once fitted. The grey housing measures approximately 55 x 43 x 16 mm, including the connector, and weighs 30 g, so it adds very little bulk to a cable run.

The adapter is supplied in a resealable plastic bag. To use it, you need one free 25-pin Sub-D plug connection on your device.
