This Delock D-type module lets you fit an RJ11 connection into panels or frames with a D-shaped opening, such as those designed for XLR jacks. It makes it possible to build digital devices into professional audio systems.
The module has one RJ11 socket on the outside and one on the inside, conforms to the Cat.3 specification and is unshielded (UTP). It is compatible with RJ14 (6P/4C) plugs. The housing is black zinc die-cast, and the module measures approximately 27.5 x 25.8 x 30.8 mm and weighs 20 g.
Mounting requires a D-type opening of 24 x 19 mm and a panel cutout of about 24 mm in diameter. Two mounting holes accommodate the fixing screws. The module is supplied in a resealable plastic bag.
