DEERRUN Magnetic rowing machine black R3

The DeerRun R3 is a home rowing machine that works the whole body. Its magnetic resistance offers 32 levels, so you can match the intensity to your fitness and to the type of workout. A flywheel combined with the magnetic system ensures smooth and stable movement throughout each stroke.

The slide rail measures 113.3 cm, giving enough room for the full rowing motion. This is especially helpful for taller users, who can extend their legs and pull through naturally. The machine is designed for users up to 136 kg and weighs 18.2 kg. When assembled, it measures 158.2 x 43.9 x 61.3 cm.

Rowing engages the legs, back, arms and core at the same time, making it suitable for cardio sessions as well as general conditioning. Compatibility with the PitPat app adds interactive training experiences based on virtual routes and programmes.
