The Datalogic Gryphon GBT4600 is a wireless handheld barcode scanner built for retail, healthcare, industrial, laboratory and transport environments. Its dual-sensor optics in the HP model read both close and distant barcodes, while AI-based neural network decoding delivers faster and more accurate reads, including on damaged, faintly printed or reflective codes.

The scanner communicates via Bluetooth 5.2 and the Datalogic STAR radio system (433/915 MHz) and supports both 1D and 2D symbologies, including GS1 Digital Link and Digital Watermarking codes. The inductive charging system removes the need for maintenance stops, supporting continuous, 24-hour operation.

The device carries an IP52 rating and withstands drops from 1.8 metres. A 3250 mAh Li-Ion battery combined with the SuperCap package provides flexible power supply. It weighs 218 g.
