The D-Link DPS-800 is a Power Array Cabinet with two bays for redundant power supplies from the DPS series. It mounts in a 19-inch rack and accepts DPS-200, DPS-300 or DPS-500 modules. The 1U enclosure matches standard rack dimensions with a 482.6 mm rack width.
If one power unit suffers a mechanical failure, the second module takes over the power supply, which helps minimise network downtime. The system is particularly suited to powering D-Link managed Layer 2 and Layer 3 switches in business environments.
Measuring 484.1 × 55.1 × 180.1 mm and weighing 1.68 kg, the cabinet fits standard server racks and allows for flexible scaling.
