CZECH GAMES EDITION Lost Ruins of Arnak: Twisted Paths board game expansion

Twisted Paths is an expansion for Lost Ruins of Arnak that expands the game world with a new two-sided map, larger than the base game's board. It adds two new research tracks, each with its own unique mechanics and components.

On the day side, you explore the white stone of the Owl Temple. Special new temple tiles come into play here; when placed together correctly, they can form extra idol spaces. A third research marker, the lantern, also appears and grants even stronger research rewards. On the night side, you venture into the dark caves of the Spider Temple, where dark tablets serve as a new resource for summoning mysterious altars and placing artifacts directly onto the research track to use as you advance along it. Be careful: dark tablets can bring powerful rewards, but greed may cost you points.

The expansion also includes new guardians, locations and helpers, along with solo mode elements such as rival tiles for the new maps, plus purple rival tiles and rival goals.
