Versatile scanning modes for every detail
The Single-Line + 7 + 34 combined system uses blue laser lines and NIR structured light to enable high-precision scanning in any lighting conditions.

Single laser line: For accurate detection of deep and hard-to-reach areas.

34 cross laser lines: For comprehensive 3D scanning. This configuration effectively covers larger areas and significantly increases scanning speed.

7 parallel blue laser lines: Detailed recording of complex structures. It captures even fine surface features with precision – ideal for applications that require a high level of detail.

NIR structured light: In near infrared (NIR) mode, structured infrared light is used for fast and marker-free scanning. This method is particularly suitable for testing sensitive or hard-to-mark surfaces.

The combination of blue laser lines and infrared structured light enables flexible object detection on a wide spectrum of sizes – from very small (5 mm³) to very large objects (up to 4000 mm³).

Integrated photogrammetry with scale bars
The Sermoon X1 is equipped with a built-in photogrammetry function and two scale bars that automatically correct size deviations during reconstruction. This allows the scanner to achieve an impressive volumetric accuracy of 0.02 mm + 0.03 mm/m.
