Multilight technology for maximum flexibility
The ONE Plus + 7 + 34 combined system uses blue laser lines and NIR structured light to enable high-precision scanning in any lighting conditions.

Single laser line: For precise coverage of deep and hard-to-reach areas. Ideal for tight geometries, such as holes with a depth-to-diameter ratio of up to 1:6.

34 cross laser lines: For comprehensive 3D scanning. This configuration efficiently covers larger areas and significantly increases scanning speed – ideal for quickly digitizing complex objects.

7 parallel blue laser lines: Detailed recording of complex structures. It accurately captures even fine surface features with a resolution of up to 0.1mm – ideal for applications requiring high detail.

NIR Structured Light: Near Infrared (NIR) mode uses structured infrared light for fast, markerless scanning. This method is particularly suitable for delicate or difficult-to-mark surfaces.

The combination of blue laser lines and infrared structured light enables flexible object detection in a wide range of sizes – from very small (5 mm³) to very large objects (up to 4000 mm³).

Precise, efficient and fast
With a volumetric accuracy of 0.02 mm + 0.08 mm/m and a scanning speed of up to 90 frames per second, the scanner provides detailed results in the shortest possible time. The extended field of view speeds up the scanning process, especially for larger objects.

Innovative 4-lens Stereovision with extended detection range

Standard-stereo lenses: Enable high-precision 3D recording of fine structures. Precise depth detection enables reliable and accurate reconstruction of details.

Tele-stereo lenses (Long Focal): They offer a particularly large field of view for fast, marker-free scanning of larger objects, including human bodies.

Intelligent control and software integration
Thanks to wireless operation and software optimized for artificial intelligence, even complex workflows can be easily managed. Seamless integration into CAD, CAM and 3D printing processes ensures smooth further processing of scanned data.
