Cokin's NX system circular polar filter is compatible with NX series filter holders. It snaps into place in the filter holder frame, so its rotation can be adjusted with a dedicated control wheel located in the frame. The design of the filter holder allows up to two additional square filters to be placed in front of the polar filter without vignetting when using wide-angle lenses.

The filter is made of SCHOTT B270 glass and uses a highly transparent polarizing film that absorbs only one value of light. It features an anti-reflective multi-layer coating and a hardened topcoat that is scratch and oil resistant for easy cleaning.
