The Cherry K5 Pro TMR is a mechanical gaming keyboard in a 65% layout, fitted with Cherry MK Crystal Magnetic switches and TMR (Tunnel Magneto-Resistance) sensing. Instead of a Hall sensor, it measures changes in resistance to register each keypress with 0.01 mm precision.

Its 8000 Hz polling rate sends up to 8000 updates to the computer every second, which helps reduce input lag. The keyboard also offers per-key RGB backlighting, N-key rollover, anti-ghosting and hot-swap support. A detachable USB-A cable, two metres long, adds flexibility.

The CHERRY MagCrate software lets you customise actuation points for each key, along with Rapid Trigger, DKS, Mod Tap and SnapKey functions, macros and lighting. A solid metal plate chassis, multi-layer sound dampening and pre-lubed stabilisers give the keyboard a premium typing feel.
