Product description
The Cherry K5 PRO TMR is a compact mechanical gaming keyboard in a 65% layout, fitted with Cherry MK Crystal Magnetic switches. The switches use TMR (Tunnel Magnetoresistance) sensing with 0.01 mm precision and an 8000 Hz polling rate, so keypresses are registered with minimal input delay, which helps in competitive play.
The chassis is a rigid metal plate with multi-layer sound dampening. Pre-lubed, PCB-mounted stabilisers aim for a smooth and quiet typing feel. The keyboard offers per-key RGB backlighting, macro control and media keys. The USB-A cable is detachable and 2 m long.
The Cherry MagCrate software lets you customise each key, including actuation point, RT, DKS, Mod Tap and SnapKey, as well as macros and lighting. Profiles can be saved to the keyboard's onboard memory. The layout is German QWERTZ, with N-key rollover and anti-ghosting support.
