Carvera Air CNC milling machine

The Carvera Air is a CNC milling machine that combines high precision with intelligent automation. Its automatic tool change takes only about 10 seconds, and automatic probing and leveling calibrate the tools and work surface on their own, adapting the cutting parameters to uneven material. With 4-axis support, even complex projects can be completed with minimal manual intervention. The machine offers 0.01 mm accuracy and spindle speeds up to 13,000 rpm for clean, smooth machining of a variety of materials.

An optional 5 W laser module expands its engraving and cutting capabilities, and an external dust extraction system can be connected to keep the workspace clean. Control is possible from a computer, tablet or smartphone through the companion software. The die-cast enclosure helps contain dust and debris and reduces noise, while 20 mm linear guides and ball screws ensure smooth, stable movement.

The package includes a wide range of cutters, engraving bits, mounting plates and accessories, along with Makera CAM software for 2D and 3D designs. It suits prototyping, double-sided PCBs, model making, jewelry and decorative projects.
