The Brabantia Profile Slice & Dice carving knife is designed for precise slicing of cooked meats. Its long blade of X50CrMoV15 stainless steel is cryo-hardened, which gives it lasting sharpness and good durability. The long, fine tip is suited to producing even, thin slices of roasts, poultry and other cooked meat dishes.

The ergonomic handle is made of black, silk-matt ABS plastic, offering a comfortable grip and secure handling during longer slicing sessions. The knife is heat-resistant and easy to clean. Hand washing is recommended, and chlorine-based cleaners as well as strong acids and alkalis should be avoided.

Made with 21% recycled material and fully recyclable, the knife belongs to the Brabantia Profile range and matches the other pieces in the collection. It weighs 335 g.
