    The Brabantia Profile Slice & Dice citrus zest grater is a kitchen tool for finely grating citrus peel and spices. Its blade is made from AISI 304 and AISI 301 stainless steel, producing even, fine shavings that bring out the aroma of citrus fruits. It suits cakes, desserts, cocktails and savoury dishes, and it can also be used to grate chocolate.

    The handle is ergonomically shaped and non-slip, so it stays secure in the hand even when wet. The satin matt finish looks elegant and resists fingerprints. Weighing 85 g and compact in size, the grater is also suitable for precise work on a halved citrus fruit.

    The grater is heat-resistant and can be cleaned in the dishwasher, or simply rinsed by hand. It is made from 43% recycled material and is 81% recyclable.
