The Brabantia Profile cheese slicer is made from high-quality stainless steel and is designed for cutting both soft and hard cheeses. Its precision blade passes cleanly through firm varieties such as Parmesan as well as soft Camembert, producing even slices for breakfast sandwiches, party platters or a cheese board.
The ergonomic shape sits comfortably in the hand and allows controlled movements, so little force is needed when slicing. The satin-matt finish looks modern and resists fingerprints. The AISI 304 stainless steel is heat-resistant, easy to clean and dishwasher safe.
The slicer is made from 47% recycled material and is 85% recyclable. Weighing 110 g, it is light and handy for everyday use in the kitchen.
