The Brabantia Profile Slice & Dice set includes three beechwood cutting boards, each designed for a specific task in the kitchen. The vegetable board has a transfer edge that makes it easy to slide chopped ingredients into a pot, while the bread board features a crumb tray that catches crumbs as you slice. The meat board has recessed channels that hold back juices released during cutting.

Each board measures 400 x 250 mm and is made from beechwood sourced from sustainably managed forests. A protective oil finish helps preserve the wood and highlights its natural grain. All three boards are reversible, with one side suited to cutting and the other to serving.

Cleaning is simple: wipe the boards with a damp cloth. Since wood should not be soaked in water, this is preferable to washing them in the sink. With frequent use, the surface may need re-oiling more often.
