    The Brabantia Profile Bake & Mix pastry spatula is a long, narrow tool designed for frosting cakes and for carefully turning delicate foods such as fish. Its flexible nylon blade has rounded edges and is scratch-free, so it protects non-stick pans and baking trays. The stainless steel handle is ergonomically shaped for a comfortable, secure grip.

    The seamless construction makes cleaning simple and supports hygienic use. The spatula is dishwasher safe and heat resistant up to 220°C, so it can be used with hot ingredients. The blade is made from 19% recycled material, and 76% of it can be recycled after use.

    Part of the Brabantia Profile series, the spatula comes in a silky matt black finish. A practical companion for baking and cooking in the kitchen.
