The Bosch Expert Vlies N477 SCM fleece sanding disc is a 115 mm disc with a 22 mm bore, designed for small angle grinders. It attaches with a hook-and-loop fastening and is rated for a maximum speed of 11,000 rpm. Its fleece surface has a very fine grit.
The disc performs well on metals such as steel, stainless steel, copper, aluminium and other non-ferrous metals, as well as on painted and lacquered surfaces. It is particularly suited to surface finishing work.
The 3D structure with high-performance aluminium oxide grains removes material quickly and efficiently, according to the manufacturer up to four times faster than a standard sanding disc. The pack contains one piece.
