The Blackmagic Design ATEM Mini Extreme ISO G2 is an advanced second-generation ATEM Mini live production switcher with an expanded professional-style control panel, 8 HDMI inputs, 3 HDMI outputs, multi-view functionality, built-in streaming engine, and CFexpress and Thunderbolt for recording/playback. There is also 10G Ethernet for fast network storage access, XLR audio inputs, USB webcam, DVE, chroma key, media player and all 8 video inputs for ISO recording.

ATEM Mini switches make it easy to create professional multi-camera productions for live YouTube streaming and business presentations using Zoom or Teams. Simply plug in the ATEM Mini and switch live between up to 8 high-quality video camera inputs for dramatically better image quality. Or connect a computer to PowerPoint slides or game consoles. Customers can use the built-in DVE for exciting picture-in-picture effects that are perfect for commentary. What's more, ATEM Mini is packed with video effects and secret broadcast features to help you produce high-quality work.

The ATEM Mini Extreme ISO G2 is ideal for building a high-end broadcast studio as it provides all ATEM Mini features plus extra professional features. It has a professional-style control panel with impressive input buttons, 3 independent, re-routeable video outputs. Built-in Thunderbolt provides live video recording and playback, allowing real-time effects software or DaVinci Resolve to be used for live action playback. The CFexpress card is also available on the network via 10G Ethernet. It has a balanced XLR input for audio, a MADI input and a Fairlight status display with menus. There is also a headphone jack for audio monitoring. Up to 200 frames of animation are available in the media set.

With the ATEM Mini Extreme ISO G2's Thunderbolt connection, a single computer connection is sufficient for fill and key playback, recording, Ethernet access to the CFexpress card, and power. This means you use DaVinci Resolve as a full-fledged live-action playback system. DaVinci Resolve can display the switch's live video input, and when you press the Point of Interest (POI) button, DaVinci will switch to playing all 8 ISO files, so you can select cameras and start playbacks. You can then fast forward and queue multiple cameras in the same playback with changes in optical flow rate. You can then upload the replay to your timeline and upload it to social media. No traditional playback system can do this.

ATEM Mini Extreme ISO G2 is not only a switch, but also a shared network disk that connects to the internal CFexpress memory card or external USB disk via the 10G Ethernet port! CFexpress cards are extremely fast, so they can keep up with recording multiple ISO video files while external network users work on separate computers for editing, color correction, VFX and audio post-production. In addition, the internal network storage is extremely easy to set up! You can even sync with Blackmagic Cloud so you can share captured media files with editors and designers anywhere in the world. This means that the ATEM Mini Extreme ISO G2 is only part of a much larger global post-production process!

The ATEM Mini Extreme ISO G2 is a combination switch and control panel, making it the most portable professional switch on the market. The front panel has buttons for selecting sources, starting transitions and setting video effects. The buttons are the same high-end type as on our ATEM Advanced Panels, so they feel great to use. You also get manual transition control. The front panel features an innovative audio switch control area with live metering on a Fairlight-style HDMI status output.

If you are building a podcast studio or need more microphones, the ATEM microphone converter allows you to expand the audio input. It connects to the ATEM Mini Extreme ISO G2 via the MADI port, so there's no complicated setup and you can daisy-chain the units to add more inputs. Each converter has 4 analog inputs with phantom power, selectable between mic/line. The design delivers impressive quality, with ultra-low -129 dBV noise, 131 dB(A) dynamic range, low distortion of 0.002% and uniform tolerances on all channels. Moreover, the dynamic range uses 8 separate ADCs on each input
