The BIXOLON XD5-40IIT is a mid-range 4-inch (118 mm) desktop direct thermal printer for barcode and label printing. It is designed for logistics, manufacturing, retail and healthcare applications, printing at 203 dpi and up to 203 mm per second in a compact enclosure.
Connectivity includes USB, USB Host, a serial port, Ethernet, Bluetooth 5.0, IEEE 802.11a/b/g/n Wi-Fi and RFID. A 10.2 cm LCD display makes setup and day-to-day operation straightforward. Emulation support covers ZPL II, EPL, SLCS, BPL-Z and BPL-E.
The printer has 512 MB of SDRAM and 512 MB of flash memory and runs with Windows, Linux, Android and iOS. Twin Function cloning and Smart Media Detection reduce setup time and help keep print quality consistent.
