Its better-known active ingredients: essential oils (among them 30-60% azulene compounds), flavonoids, triterpenes. It has been used in folk medicine for a long time.
    Internally for stomach and intestinal spasms and women's problems, spasmodic pains during monthly bleeding, stomach and intestinal gout, urge to urinate, kidney cleansing, cough relief.
    Externally for gingivitis (as mouthwash), to heal ulcers and wounds.
